Yesterday my little brother (who has a fever) coughed on my face few times. now my throat is sore. how do i avoid becoming sick?

Too late!: If someone in the house is sick with an infectious illness, it is hard to prevent it from spreading. Germs spread before symptoms appear! After all, it takes a certain number of germs to cause symptoms and the days before that they were present but not in enough numbers to cause disease, but in enough numbers to share with everybody else! Do wash hands often, don't share drinks. Hugs not kisses
