Diabetes most likely: Hi. Your age isn't stated, but no matter. Recent onset frequent urination and urinating at night is diabetes until proven otherwise. I must assume you're also more thirsty to provide the water you're urinating out. Please see your doc and get a fasting glucose, A1c, and urinalysis with microscopic. It's a GREAT time in history to have diabetes, and I mean that wholeheartedly!

Need urinalysis: First need to rule out urinary tract infection. Might be reaction to caffeine or acid urine producing food or beverages such as citrus. ? ruled out anxiety or stress. Might be an overactive bladder if above have been ruled out. Dr might prescribe medication to "relax" bladder musculature. Could be interstitial cystitis. Age not reported so could also be menopausal.
