For the past month i have been urinating much more frequently, including waking up to go in the middle of the night. what could this be caused from?

Need urinalysis: First need to rule out urinary tract infection. Might be reaction to caffeine or acid urine producing food or beverages such as citrus. ? ruled out anxiety or stress. Might be an overactive bladder if above have been ruled out. Dr might prescribe medication to "relax" bladder musculature. Could be interstitial cystitis. Age not reported so could also be menopausal.
