Doubt it: Congratulations, I hope that's good news. "Implantation bleeding" is mostly internet nonsense and really happens rarely if at all. Knowing how regular (or not) your periods are might help clarify what the bleeding was, knowing how far along you are also might clarify. In any event nothing to worry about, and congratulations again.
