Rx/alcoholic ketoaci: Treatment involves admitting to ICU and IV fluids containing sugar and saline to control acid base balance and control dehydration, IV vitamins to control nutritional deficiency. Treat other life threatening complications like GI bleeding, pancreatitis , cirrhosis of liver, hepatic encephalopathy. Withdrawl symtoms, anxiety, delirium tremors.
