Referral: would see a pediatric urologist. some times length is related to a condition known as "buried penis". if the condition fits your exam then surgery could possibly lengthen it. surgery is usually outpatient.

Here are some...: Physical growth naturally ceases soon marching into adulthood - roughly 18 for most men. So, you still have 2-3 years to grow more. In reality, penile size (length and girth) is not the sole deciding factor for men's happiness & fulfillment of life and marriage. So, embrace what you may reach and use it to the fullest in your favor.
