Calculate ovulation: Keep a menstrual calendar. Mark the day you come on a cycle. Count the days to the next first day you come on your period. You may find out that your cycle length varies, e.g., between 26 and 30 days. You likely ovulate between day 12 and day 16. Have intercourse every other day, starting day 8 of your cycle.
