Lightheadedness?: If you have been bleeding for the last 6 weeks and are now lightheaded this could be related to blood loss (low volume or anemia). Although normally I wouldn't recommend ER for chronic issue that was relatively stable - in this case would recommend acute care or ER as it sounds as there is a new twist.
