Not uncommon. : Plan b can affect your cycle as you describe. Take a pregnancy test to be sure that you aren't pregnant.

Pregnancy test: It is time that you do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine if you are less than 26 years old.

A member asked:
I took plan b and had a period about a week later. Now I am starting my period at its regular time two weeks later. Is this normal?

Yes: This sounds like withdrawal bleeding from the Plan B which did not disrupt your normal cycle. A home pregnancy test is easy to do as further backup.

Calories: keep eating a balanced diet, but increase your calories. A 120 pound person needs about 1800 calories to maintain weight. 2000 calories should have this person gaining weight.
