Worrisome: This is really worrisome to me. Continued testicular pain, even if it is intermittent can be a sign of a " twist " in the testicle. This can happen in boys and it can cut off the blood supply causing pain. Lack of urination is also concerning. I would bring him to an Emergency Room where he can be evaluated by the ER staff, preferably one with a Urologist on staff. Go now.

Go to Hospital: Two days without ANY urination?? Time to go to the nearest emergency department or urgent care facility. He needs an evaluation now. Do not delay.
