They are not: perfect, but tend to show when the normal cycle hormones are highest and most conducive to conception. this at best shows about a 48 hr window.

Positive meams you: are ovulating at that time and it is a prime time to get pregnant. Have sex every other day around ovulation if you are trying to get pregnant.
