See a Ped surgeon: I assume youre asking about a baby? Hirschprung's disease would be a cause for constipation. This could definitely be a cause for severe bloating. The lump in groin area may be a hernia that is worsened by straining on defecation due to Hirschprung's. I would recommend consulting your local pediatric surgeon for both.
