Hello, i use to use a jell name neoprone jell to bleach my skin but it left some white patches on my skin, what is the cause for that?

Bleaching: Bleaching creams are very sensitive, and unless definitive "UNIFORMITY" of application can be guaranteed, which is nearly impossible, there is always the chance of different areas appearing to be "splotchy."
