A member asked:

Is it possible to be prone to yeast infections around ovulation? if so, what can i do to prevent it? or to prevent yeast infections in general

Yeah...happens: diabetes is one predisposing feature, but changes in hormones is another. Changing the hormones such as with birth control will change the predisposistion to infections during periods.
