Why is my breast leaking clear fluid from both sides?

Pituitary growth: There may be a very small pituitary growth that is secreting prolactin, a hormone that can cause inappropriate breast secretions. A MD visit and test for prolactin(blood) can make that determination. If you were recently pregnant in the past 6 months secretions can also occur if you have recently stopped breast feeding.
