Possible: Some women will do some bleeding during the first trimester of pregnancy and this can be normal. Some studies show 20 percent of women will do this. However bleeding can be sign of a miscarriage and at two weeks that can be hard to tell the difference. Notify your OB

No: Ideally you should not bleed once you are pregnant. If there is bleeding about half the time you will miscarry. You are too early for ultrasound to be helpful, so you need to follow your pregnancy hormone levels. This can be done in an approximate way with home pregnancy tests (watch how quickly the color changes) or see your doctor for blood tests.
