Difficult case: whatever little information gleamed by the neurologist may not be enough to secure a definitive diagnosis- isomtimes the problem may need to "blossom" before a diagnosis can be made- for example, if the sensation happens on one side of the body, this symptoms preceeds by about a say, the painful rash seen with the shingles .
