5 weeks postpartum. Vaginal delivery, uncomplicated, minor tears. Was told after stitches healed I could have sex, did after 4 weeks. Bleeding had stopped, came back a few days later. Dark red and occasional small blood clot. Called OB and said norma?
Is it ok to take the pill to stop bleeding with implanon if I've had a blood clot prior in uterus 6wks post partum? This was 3 yrs ago I had the clot.
Is postpartum blood clot and retained tissue in uterus serious? Given methergine (methylergonovine) to pass clot but nothing has passed my bleeding has stopped.
I am 7 week postpartum I had a period last week and starting yesterday I had bleeding. It was bright and had black stuff too it always filled a pad up. Today it got heavier and with blood clots, I have bad cramping and pain in the rectal area.
