Sinus infection: Cold, dry air can predispose you to infection. Moisturizing your nasal passages with saline nasal spray or even saline irrigation may be helpful. Keeping your nose and mouth covered with a scarf or mask when outdoors can also help keep your nose more moist. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
