See your gyn: sometimes if you have a cyst on your ovary, you can experience intermittent torsion(twisting) that can cut off blood supply to the ovaries and cause pain. It can eventually become severe and warrant emergent surgery. A gyn exam plus ultrasound can help provide assurance that your pain is not secondary to an enlarged ovary.
