Maybe (not) . . .: I can't tell although when taken as directed, birth control pills typically are very effective at preventing pregnancy. Best way to answer your question is to take a home pregnancy test. These are very accurate and available w/o prescription.

Unlikeky: if you have been taking the pills regularly then the chances of pregnancy can be low. The symptoms you have may be related to the effects of hormones in the birth control pills.
