This is likely your: period. Brown d/c is usually old blood being from the uterus. Even if he didn't ejaculate - there can still be sperm in pre-ejaculate and some early ejaculatory fluid. Although the timing is not ideal for pregnancy - would still take a home pregnancy test if you don't have a definitive period. Always use protection if not ready for pregnancy.

There may be: sperm in the pre ejaculate, so you can potentially become pregnant in the setting of unprotected sex without ejaculation. However, if you are getting your period, you are in all likelihood not pregnant. You can always take a home pregnancy test if you have concerns.
