Serious stuff: These symtoms are very abnormal and potentially very serious. Given the serious nature of your complaints and varied types of complaints that you have, I think the ONLY best answer is see a PMD as soon as possible or go to the local hospital emergency department if there is no doctor that can see you immediately. Even if the symptoms have already resolved you should still be evaluated soon.
