Yes: Yes a urinary tract infection can be very uncomfortable - it usually present with burning during urination but can also cause your bladder to spasm which is painful. If you don`t see improvement after being antibiotics for 1 - 2 days call your doctor for a repeat visit.

Yes it can: It can cause burning and cramping. Do you have any medications like Pyridium/ Azo to reduce the pain? Auricular acupuncture can also be very helpful for this situation. Hope you feel better soon.

Yes it can: You can try Azo over the counter to help with the pain and drink plenty of fluids. It will take the antibiotic a couple of das to resolve the pain.
