Late Period: Four days late is within the realm of what is normal. Anything between 25 to 35 days is normal. Longer intervals may be associated with a thicker lining and more discomfort. If the flow is heavier, you may have more cramping. Try Aleve, (naproxen) Advil or Motrin if you have no allergies and if it happens repeatedly, check with your MD.
