Possible: While not the most common side effect, it is a lesser known side effect of this medication. Your boyfriend show review this symptoms with his prescribing physician. Remember there can be many other causes too though. Good luck.

Well,..: It is a possible side effect. Not that common, but possible none-the less. Discuss with his Treating Dr. as maybe another med in the class of ADD/ADHD meds can help without the unwanted side effects. Best wishes.
