Of course you do: Anorgasmia simply means that you can't have an orgasm. It isn't a diagnosis. It's a symptom. It doesn't tell you WHY. Please repost with more history: Do you mean lately or ever? What is "everything"? Are you taking any meds e.g. SSRIs? Do you mean by yourself, with another person or both?
