Yes : Pregnancy will not affect the stenosis but may or may not aggravate symptoms if you tend to extend your lower back as you progress in size with your pregnancy. Back extension further narrows the spinal canal.

Yes: Yes? There would not typically be any contraindication unless it was the rare case of severe stenosis that needed surgery and maybe should be taken care of before you became pregnant, not common certainly,especially at your age.
