Not necessarily...: Are you having itching as well? Pain? This could be a yeast or a bacterial infection. It would be good to see your GYN provider for exam and testing especially if you had unprotected sex. The fact that you took the pill within 72 hrs of having sex significantly decreases the chances that you could be pregnant although still could be possible. If suspicious and abnormal period get a pregnancy test.
