Weight loss: Absolutely, it is serious. You need to be gaining weight for the health of the baby. Most OBs suggest 10 lb (4.5 Kg) weight gain per trimester. There are several suggestions that you OB can make to help you turn this around. Please get in touch with your OB ASAP. The health of your baby depends upon it.
