Hard to say: Having these vague symptoms can mean many things. You mentioned anxiety? Have you had this addressed by your doctor? I would suggest seeing your doctor for a full check up. If worsening weakness and tummy pain a more urgent visit at an urgent care or emergency room would be another option.
