Surgical consult,: Although this is most likely cosmetic it would be wise to get a consult. It is not unusual to have one breast larger than another but on occasion there may be other issues involved. A surgical consult with a Breast surgeon or Plastic Surgeon would answer these questions. This can be surgically improved so please don't worry. Good luck.

Very common: It is very common to have one breast larger than the other. This is normal, so it is not nothing that you necessarily need to change. Do regular breast exams, and if you feel that there are any masses growing then see a Physician. If it becomes a real problem for you, you can consult with a plastic surgeon to have surgery to give you more symmetrical breasts.
