Its so embarrasing im only 21 and one of my boobs is so much bigger than the other i can feel it hanglower friend keep pointing it out its so obvious ?

Surgical consult,: Although this is most likely cosmetic it would be wise to get a consult. It is not unusual to have one breast larger than another but on occasion there may be other issues involved. A surgical consult with a Breast surgeon or Plastic Surgeon would answer these questions.
