Multiple issues: proctitis, cryptitis,, hemorroiditis, anal infections. rectal manipulation/penetration. I suggest anoscopy and colonoscopy. Sitz baths ( 2 lbs Epsom salts in 6 inches warm water ) baths 4x/day and cortisone anal creams.Certainly a GI evalaution and exam.
