Possible: If you are having unprotected intercourse you could be pregnant. Only a pregnancy test will tell you for sure. The dreams may be due to things you have seen, done, or talked about together rather than an indication that you are pregnant. Hope this is some help.

No way to know: We can only address issues where we have enough data. Dreams can reveal shared interests but have no special value in facts. We do not know if you live on the same continent much less have shared any lovemaking.There are simple ways to verify a pregnancy but the tests are not very dependable until after your period is delayed.
