Hard to say: Ovulation typically occurs 14 days before your next cycle. If you track your cycle over a few months you can establish a pattern. We can not really guess if your are ovulating based on one months experience. Ovulation predictor kits are available at the pharmacy too if you feel you need more guidance

Doubtful: Ovulation doesn't occur on day 4, so that time for sure was not from ovulation. Ovulation doesn't usually cause diarrhea.
