No: The color of the urine has nothing to do with pregnancy that I'm aware of. However, several of the vitamins in the prenatal vitamin can turn your urine a dark yellow. I'm not sure of the green in the urine. If you are concerned about pregnancy I'd advise taking a home pregnancy test. Hope this helps.
