See doctor: I would see your doctor ASAP just to be sure. It's possible that this amount of bleeding is normal, but an internet diagnosis in this case should be followed up with a blood test to make sure you're not severely anemic. You can also go to urgent care if you can't see your doctor right away. So long as slows, then likely no retained placenta, but that's always a worry heavy bleed after Cesarean.

Post c/s bleeding: Follow up with your doctor or go to local ER today. Soaking a pad per hour is significant bleeding and should be assessed immediately, even if it may stop. Bleeding after a c/s like after a birth should taper over time and be minimal after 17 days.
