A member asked:

What can you tell me about the tetanus diphtheria polio vaccine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Kinrix: is a combination vaccine, administered by injection into the muscle, to encourage immunity against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and polio. It is indicated as a single dose for children 4-6 years old. This is an inactive (not live) virus vaccine. Kinrix is preservative free but contains a small amount of aluminum hydroxide.
