Diaper rash: If you are referring to a diaper rash, then try OTC creams like Aquaphor, Desitin, (zinc oxide diaper cream) Triple Paste, Butt Paste, balmex, etc. If no improvement, then get checked out by your pediatrician to see if it's fungal, which needs anti fungal creams.
