Many causes: A low lymphocyte count can be caused by many different disorders. These include radiation, chemotherapy, corticosteroids, starvation, aplastic anemia, some types of malignancies and infections, renal failure, collagen vascular disease, congenital immunodeficiency and abnormal lymphatic circulation.
