A 19-year-old male asked:
I am able to get erection and maintain it with physical stimulation but not with mental stimulation. Is this erectile dysfunction and how would I solve this?

Erections: Everyone is different. Psychogenic erections are more common w/younger males and more physical stimulation is needed as men age. In any case, please see you doctor to make sure all is well w/hormones and blood flow. Peace and good health.
