No: Most people, myself included, would strongly advise against you having a vasectomy at age 21. This says nothing about requiring you to have children in the future. This simply allows you to keep your options open because you will learn as time goes on that life changes and your desires and impressions will change. Keep your options open. Vasreversal requests are much more common in men who had vas done at young age. Avoid the heart ache.
