Tetanus: You shouldn't worry, especially if you've had your tetanus boosters every 5-10 years. If you haven't received it, get it for the tetanus coverage, but more importantly for pertussis (whooping cough) coverage.

Hard to say: To get the most from this site you need to provide background information on a problem and then ask your question. Since you did not provide any reason for your worry, it is hard to speculate. Tetanus is a bad disease and totally avoidable.
