Depression is best: treated by a mental health professional. Please don't rely on medication only. A good book is "Feeling Good" by David Burns. B6 deficiency can be balanced w/B6 supplements but your other Bs may be off. Check w/your doc. Spectracell Lab in Tx has a good micronutrient panel that measures many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Peace and good health.
