Go see a foot doc: If you can. If not, get a sterile needle or heat a pin and poke two holes in each blister. Express all the fluid but let the skin intact and don't deroof them. It will serve as a biological dressing and protect the raw skin at the base. Apply antibiotic ointment on each blister and wait for the skin to peel off when it's ready. In about a week the skin should come off easy. Repeat if they refill
