Yes, it is possible: Chemotherapy will be able to palliate your pain, as ovarian cancer , usually is very sensitive /responsive to chemotherapy. A good pain medication will be useful as well. See your oncologist / gyne-onc and discuss further re-treatment options for the ovarian cancer and related pain. Good luck.
