Not likely: Unless your immune system has difficulty fighting infections for a variety of reasons, one possible exposure to mold should not harm you, especially if you did not eat it which it sounds like you did not. Since you're not sure even if it was really mold and you're not exposed to it repeatedly, it is not likely that just even inhaling it briefly will make you sick.
