If you have a doc: Call them now and see if you can get a same day appointment. This is less costly and takes less time than a visit to ER. If they can't see you today, ask them what they suggest. Your doctor may indeed want you evaluated in the ER. It sounds like you have possible pelvic inflammatory disease and that does need prompt evaluation and treatment. Either way, get seen today.

Urinary Infection: you should be seen today and evaluated, if the ER is that place then go there. If you can see your doctor or be seen at an a Urgent Care go there. I suspect you have a UTI.

See your gyn: Hi. If you are acutely unable to pass urine or stool, then yes, go to ER. If it's just a matter of difficulty or pain, I think you'd be better off seeing your gyn to address the underlying problem. Good luck!
