Lower backache on going 2 weeks after ovulation, no period. possible causes?

Take a preg test: First and foremost, you may be pregnant if sexually active. Take a home pregnancy test or see your doctor for a test. Other causes are numerous and may or may not be related to your menstrual cycle.

Strain: If the back ache hasn't happened before then it may be strained muscles. Consider a pregnancy test if you could be pregnant. If it persists see your health care provider.
