Pregnancy: So, pregnancy can occur anytime after ovulation. Most women experience symptoms after implantation - when the fertilized egg actually becomes attached to the wall of the uterus. Yes: When you miss your period, you are already weeks in to your pregnancy. It is definitely possible to experience symptoms that early.
