Get checked..: If you are having pain and numbness you need a formal GYN evaluation to check for potential issues. One common reason is vaginal infection but cannot tell for sure without a formal exam.

Sounds like maybe...: Your pudendal nerve might be damaged. Have you had a baby recently, or are you constipated? Chronic constipation can stretch it. Are you a heavy bicyclist? Have diabetes or MS? Demyelination diseases can injure the nerve as well. You may need imaging just to make sure there is nothing compressing the nerve. Strongly advise you seek help from a Urogyn or Obstetrician. You may need nerve testing.
